Superior surgical program
Transurethral resection of the prostate
Indications: Benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated by the following conditions
1. Retention of urine (unable to urinate by oneself, indwelling catheter is needed)
2. Repeated gross hematuria
3. Secondary renal impairment (abnormal creatinine and urea nitrogen)
4. Secondary bladder stones
5.Secondary urinary tract infection
6. Diverticulum with a large secondary bladder
7. Poor effect of drug therapy
8. Patients with moderate to severe symptoms and those who do not want drug treatment can choose surgery directly
Surgical features:
1. Non-open surgery: The doctor only needs to insert the electric cutting mirror through the urethra to complete all the surgical operations, without cutting the skin and other tissues, and without leaving any scars after the operation.
2. Short operation time: The operation itself is required to be completed within an hour.
3. Less surgical trauma: Since transurethral resection of prostate is an open operation with a short operation time, it will naturally cause less trauma to patients than open surgery. Some elderly patients who cannot afford open surgery and some patients with systemic complications may also receive the surgery.
4. Electrotomy can be repeated: for patients with excessive prostatic hyperplasia, transurethral electroresection can be performed several times to finally complete the resection of the whole hyperplasia prostate; And for open prostatectomy there are tissue residues, symptoms can not be alleviated; If the symptoms recur after transurethral resection, the obstruction can still be relieved by electric resection or another electric resection.
Percutaneous nephrolithotripsy and ureteroscope lithotripsy
Indications:
1. Renal calculi > 2cm
2. Ureteral calculi greater than 1cm May cause hydronephrosis
3. Stones in the bladder cannot be passed through the urethra
4. All stones that have failed after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy can be lithotripsy by the above method
Surgical features:
1. The curative effect of lithotriptic is exact: lithotriptic stone can be broken under direct vision, and the shock wave directly affects the stone itself. Most of the stones can be broken
2. Small trauma: The renal calculi established cutaneous renal channels from the waist, and there was an incision about 1cm in diameter in the waist. Other stones do not require a surface incision.
3. The operation was lithotripsy, not lithotripsy. A large number of lithotripsy particles were discharged from the body through the natural drainage of urine.
4. At present, minimally invasive surgery still cannot solve the problems of stone residue and stone recurrence.
